Atrium is an AI-powered project management platform that provides tools for task management, team coordination, meeting scheduling, and intelligent project insights through our Praetor AI assistant.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Atrium cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Transmit harmful code or interfere with the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
  • Use the AI features to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Atrium and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or share through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content as necessary to provide and improve the Service.

6. AI Features and Limitations

Atrium includes AI-powered features including the Praetor assistant. You acknowledge that:

  • AI outputs are generated suggestions and may not always be accurate
  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content
  • AI features should not be relied upon for critical decisions without human review
  • We continuously improve our AI, which may result in changes to outputs

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party services (Microsoft Teams, Google Calendar, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

8. Payment and Billing

Certain features of the Service may require payment. By subscribing to paid features:

  • You agree to pay all applicable fees
  • Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled
  • Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy
  • We may change pricing with reasonable notice

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATRIUM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Atrium and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Atrium operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
